British Association for
Counselling & Psychotherapy
Counselling is a form of psychological therapy in which current and perhaps historical problems are explored, with the purpose of making positive changes to how a person feels, how they live and how they experience their life.
Counselling can be beneficial in treating or finding ways of coping with;
You will be given an opportunity to talk about and explore yourself and your life, in a warm, safe and supportive space, in a way that you may never have been able to before. This supported exploration may help you to gain insights into your feelings and behaviour and empower you to live the life that you want to.
I like to offer counselling in a way that is accessible and meets your individual needs, therefore I offer one to one, face to face, counselling in my practice rooms in Wiltshire - in both Bradford on Avon and Westbury, via Skype (with or without video) and also via telephone. I also offer low cost options for students and those on a low income.
